Orders are generally shipped within one day after your order is processed, and they typically take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be happy to exchange the damaged merchandise for an item of equal or lesser value on our site.

We only ship within the United States. If you live outside the United States, you will need to obtain a reshipper of your choice. Once it’s delivered to your reshipper, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.

When you join the program, please understand you’re not placing an order for the product. You’re submitting a request for the product, and we will do our best to fulfill it.

As Pokémon is becoming in high demand, please be aware that we will not be able to fulfill all your requests. Just as distributors allocate products to stores based on their spending, this program allocates products to members based on their spending. This is to reward members who spend money to increase the allocation from the distributor. We make no guarantees that you will get a minimum of any product.

To be eligible for pre-order products for new sets, you must spend a minimum of $5,000 or be in the program for at least 6 months. Additionally, you must join and place orders before the pre-order deadline expires, and you will need to remain a member until the product is shipped. But there are no requirements to order any products that are readily available at the distributor’s warehouse.

These measures are designed to prevent people from joining the program solely to obtain the product and then leaving. This program is designed to help individuals sell TCGs as a business or as a side hustle. It’s not ideal for people hoping to get product at a cheap price and then leave. There are better websites for it.
